I got in a good 19-20 miles today and am camped in a clearing up on a ridge. It’s an easy 3-4 miles tomorrow to get to Mt. Laguna, where I’m hoping for at least a small resupply from the store there, but we’ll hopefully put in quite a few more miles after that. It’s been relatively crowded on the trail with the herd all leaving the kick-off, but not unpleasant.
The past few nights at Lake Morena were quite cold. I’m starting of tonight with warm feet in my sleeping bag, hopefully they will stay that way!
Inside my home, a Z-packs hexamid. I met it’s creator, Joe, at kick-off.
