Day 103 – 8/8/11 – 9 miles (1606)

With only 9 miles to the road, we agreed on sleeping in a whole 20 minutes extra! After a half hour at the road without a single car going by, we lucked out when Dave from the Hiker’s Hut came by with a load of hikers to drop off. We ended up staying the night in Etna at the Hiker’s Hut, a hostel style setup catering to hikers. We had lunch and milkshakes in town, did our grocery shopping and still had several hours to just relax.
