Day 123 – 8/28/11 – 30 miles (2037)

Jenna and Jeff were kind enough not only to take us back to the trail, but to do so very early in the morning, giving us enough time to get in the miles we wanted. I walked about 34 miles. Unfortunately, not all of that was on the PCT. I missed a turn and it took me a good 2 miles before I noticed and turned around. I made it to camp just before dark.
There are some fires in the area right now. While not major or a danger to us, the air is smoky and distant mountains are not visible.
