I had intended on a grand, continuous route through Iceland in summer 2015, but after a multitude of issues, starting with a heavy winter delaying road openings and my ability to send resupply packages to myself, I ended up doing a mashup of shorter hikes and tourist sightseeing instead. Someday I’ll get back there.
